Nonsterile Syringe Filters

Filter Disc and Membranes

Multi - Sample Vacuum Filtration System

Filtration System is an innovative new technology that provides a convenient, high throughput alternative to syringe-tip filters when preparing samples for chromatography. It is the first vacuum-driven system with the designed in flexibility to filter 1 to 8 samples directly into standard HPLC vials. Just attach a vacuum pump, load samples with a standard pipettor, and flip the lever to recover particulate-free samples even those with high viscosity or particulates in seconds.

Vacuum / Pressure Pump, 4 bar, 220V/ 50Hz

This oil free pump is a portable AC powered source of vacuum to 585mm/ 23” Hg (at mean sea level) or pressure to 4 bar/ 58 psig for filtration of liquids or gases or other continuous or intermittent use with all types of filter holders. Portable Vacuum Source for Laboratory Applications.

Slit Density Index (SDI) Kit

SDI kit is used to measure the value of SDI as the fouling tendency of feed water. It is simple procedure developed to estimate the amount of particulate contamination in water. It measures the decay in flow rate, though 47mm diameter 0.45 µm pore size membrane.

Filter Holder, 47 mm, Stainless Steel

In-Line Stainless Steel Filter Holders are commonly used for the filtration of gases or liquids at inlet pressures of 20 to 700 bar. Differential pressure depends on filter type used. All filter holders may be autoclaved (available in 25 mm and 47 mm).

Filtration Units for Bioburden Testing

Ready-to-use filtration units for reliable microbial enumeration. Pink units come with wide range of membranes from 0.22 to 0.8 μm for maximum versatility to suit all applications. Blue units give you extra flexibility,after filtration, either transfer the membrane to an agar plate or add liquid media and convert device into Petri dish. Sterile Syringe Filters for Cell Culture

Sterile syringe filters are ideal for sterilizing 1 mL – 200 mL of cell culture reagents, such as cell culture media, antibiotics, supplements, sera, viruses for infection, and other biological solutions.
Available with PVDF, PES and PTFE in different diameter (4, 13, 25, 33mm) and pore sizes (0.22, 0.45, 5.0, 8.0 µm).

Sterile Slides

Simplify your Cell Analysis by Using the Sterile Glass Slide ( 4-well and 8-well) to culture, fix, stain & view your sample all in one device. Sterile Vacuum Filtration Systems

Filtration Systems feature PES or PVDF membranes with different pore sizes (0.1, 0.22, 0.45 µm). With industry-leading membrane technology that delivers high flow rates, low protein binding and low retention volumes. Vacuum filter unit and receiver bottle for filtering and storing volumes from 150, 250, 500 and 1000mL, and are ideal for sterilization and/or clarification of buffers, cell and tissue culture media and other aqueous solution. Bottle top filters can be used with bottles having a 33mm or 47mm opening.

ERS - 2 Voltohmmeter

The ERS (Electrical Resistance System) reliably measures membrane potential & resistance of epithelial cells in culture. This device qualitatively measures cell monolayer health and quantitatively measures cell confluence.
Applications: Measurement of Transepithelial Electrical Resistance (TEER), Cell Monolayer Health Assessment, Quantitative Measurement of Confluence.

Sterile Centrifuge Tube Top Filter Unit

The Sterile Centrifuge Tube Top Filter Unit is designed to work with standard 50 mL centrifuge tubes, which eliminates sample transfer. Nylon Net filters are now available in 40, 60 and 100 µm pore sizes, making them ideal for stem cell, cardiomyocite, neurological and skeletal tissue applications. Other membrane options include PES and PVDF.

Water for Cell Culture

Water for cell culture is ideal for research use by scientists performing critical cell culture experiments in labs that use under 50L per year of ultrapure water. Water for cell culture is sterile, cell-culture tested and free of pyrogens, mycoplasma, calcium and magnesium. Available in 1L, 0.5L and 125mL bottles in different package sizes.

Pressure Filter Unit

Pressure Filter Unit work with syringes, peristaltic pumps or pressure vessels. They eliminate the risk of contamination associated with decanting or pipetting. Filter units can process volumes up to 1,000 mL or 2,000 mL, depending on the type of membrane used in the device (PES, PVDF).
Application: Sterilization of Aqueous Solutions.

Handheld Automated Cell Counter

The handheld automated cell counter provides a fast and convenient method for counting cells and particles and is compatible with both the 40 and 60uM sensor. The system employs the Coulter principle in a miniaturized, handheld, format enabling rapid cell counting; what used to take 10 minutes now takes less than 30 seconds.

Immunodetection Device

Immunodetection Device applies the principles of lateral flow assays for walk away processing of Western blots. Simply place your miniblot in the device and then add your wash and antibody solutions to the ports in the top. Return later to apply detection substrate and image your Western blot.

Centrifugal Filter

Centrifugal filter is a disposable, single-use device designed for rapid processing of aqueous biological solutions in volumes ranging from 15 to 70mL with 3kDa, 10kDa, 30kDa, 100kDa. It is compatible with swinging-bucket centrifuges only.

Stirred Cells

T Stirred cells are ideal for finely separating macrosolutes(DNA, RNA, protein, etc) in large-volume (3mL-400mL) samples. Applications : Concentrate, diafilter, and exchange buffers for macromolecule solutions including proteins, enzymes, antibodies and viruses.

PVDF Membrane for Western Blotting

Provides the first PVDF blotting membrane that wets in transfer buffer or water. It removes the alcohol pre-wet step while maintaining the high performance associated with transfer membranes. P Membranes: 0.45μm PVDF membranes optimized for Western blotting. E Membranes:First transfer membrane that can be wet-out in buffer or water, eliminating the need for a pre-wet step with alcohol. PSQ Membranes: PVDF membrane with greater protein binding capacity.

Membrane Dispenser

Dispenser for transfer membrane used in Western blotting, immunoblotting and dot blotting applications. The Immobilon now Dispenser is ideal for safe storage and convenient use of 8.5cm wide rolls of transfer membrane for Western blotting. With this device, membrane can be efficiently cut to standard sizes for mini and midi-blots with no waste.

ECL Ultra Western HRP Substrate

Western HRP Substrate is an ultra-sensitive reagent with long signal duration for the detection of horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-labeled antibodies on western blots. ECL Ultra substrate is compatible with both PVDF andnitrocellulose blotting membranes, as well as commonly used buffers and blocking reagents.

Protein Detection System for Western Blotting

The Protein Detection System uses a vacuum manifold to drive blocking reagents, antibodies, and wash buffers directly through the PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane of the blot. As a result, immunodetection is much faster: a process requiring 4-24 hours using traditional, platform shaker-dependent Western blot processing takes only 30 minutes.
